showed us on paper what we paid for and did not full fill it . gave us the run around. then year end review and took 8 months to still not get it done or corrected from there mix ups and lack of craftsmanship.

At my year-end review we made the list. 12/2019 some issues got resolved in January 2020. However, some didn't get til FEB then march. Finally, got done 0804****. The problem is a couple of major issues are still not corrected.patch work used wrong colors of paint and types of paints.(eggshell,0flat etc.) not once but 3 times. By 3 diff paint companies toolol that and no access to my attic space due to poor craftsmanship and doors are framed incorrectly. The wall moves when shut.lightly also. All this was shown and approved of 4 times to your warranty people. The last one says that paints and stains will mismatch do to age and lots... lol if was done first it wouldn't be an issue now. I am told to deal with it and except the *** looking walls and ceiling in my new home for just over a year and half. Terrible service and sales personnel.

Racists and treat you according to your budget

They promised to build the house by April , then they extended the date to May , June then July and now they made it to August.Their excuse that they lack some resources though other builder in the same subdivision have already built the houses and their customers moved in. In this subdivision the people are most hispanic and latinos, so very unlikely to sue them! While in other subdivisions , they are on time as the houses are very expensive and the customers are rich and maybe white!

I purchased a condo in 2020. Since then my floors have squeaked. TM fixed some spots but refused to complete all the repairs. Horrible company and customer service.

This is my 2nd home I've bought in the last 5 years. Water leaks on both and do not follow-up on my concerns. Warranty division socks and all they care about is getting there tickets closed out. I have filled a law suit because being lied to about our not so wood cabinet and my front porch floods when it rains and even watering my grass.

User's recommendation: Don't move in until you get a independent inspection.

Broken furnace for 10 days, Ive called 5 times, and every time I was told someone would contact me to take care of my problem, and still after 10 days I havent heard from anyone, no calls, no emails, this company SUCKS!
